P2S Media Group Inc. was established in April 2010 and is located in Helsinki, Finland. Privately owned, the company is run by a team of entrepreneurs with a successful track record. The company develops and runs the groundbreaking Scoopshot™ photo service that brokers news photography between mobile Scoopshooters around the world and the international media through the Scoopshot Store.
The proprietary Scoopshot™ software solution, fully developed by the company itself, provides a simple yet effective solution for streamlining workflows for crowdsourced photography content and creating innovative mobile campaigns globally and locally.

Mr. Niko Ruokosuo
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ruokosuo is the CEO of the company and is in charge of the company’s internationalization efforts, business development operations and marketing. Before joining P2S Media Group Inc., he acted as the Chief Operating Officer at the Saudi Research and Marketing Group and Managing Director of SSPH (Saudi Special Publishing Holding Company), one of the largest media organizations in the Middle East. Before that, Mr. Ruokosuo acted as the Managing Director for the Sanoma Kaupunkilehdet news publication company in Finland, held executive positions at the Los Angeles Times, including President of the Times’ Classifieds Business and worked as a media consultant in Germany.
Mr. Petri Rahja
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rahja in charge of business development, corporate management, and financing. He also acts as the Chairman of the Board. In addition to professional experience from the IT field, Mr. Rahja also has business management experience, spanning altogether over 20 years. Mr. Rahja’s previous undertakings include Accenture, BEA Systems Inc, Iobox Oy, CRF Box Oy, Iprbox Oy and Atacama Labs Oy.
Mr. Timo J. Rinne
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Rinne is responsible for technology strategy planning and the overall software and service architecture. Mr. Rinne’s professional experience in the information technology area exceeds over 20 years, with previous positions at SSH Communications Security Oyj and Adastor Oy.
Mr. Jussi Markula
Head of Product Development
Mr. Markula is in charge of research and development processes and HR functions. With more than 15 years of professional IT experience in project management and process development, Mr. Markula has been involved in a number of successful IT startup companies. His previous positions and engagements include SSH Communications Security Oyj, Codento Oy and Prominda Oy.
